Session 1 - Introduction to the Natural You:
- Learn how you can naturally optimise your health and wellbeing with essential oils for everyday stress, relaxation, strength and protection.
- You will give and receive an amazing technique!
- Learn other simple techniques to use essential oils in everyday life for mind, body and soul.
- Learn why essential oils are such a powerful tool.
- Make your own individualised health or beauty product to take home and enjoy!
Session 2 - The Chemical Free Home:
- Discover how easy it is to live green and clean!
- Learn the top 5 chemicals that may cause allergies, skin conditions and other illnesses and how to avoid them in your home.
- Discover easy alternatives that reduce your toxin exposure and you will have a house that smells great, and makes you feel great!
- Lots of recipes and ideas for around the home!
- Make and Take Home Your Own Chemical Free all purpose cleaner!
Session 3 - Create Your Own Fragrance:
- Learn the exciting art of "Fragrance Blending" and how to make blends for any purpose from a woman's balancing blend for women to a simple and sexy aftershave for men!
- Receive recipes for natural gift making for special events.
- Use your intuition during an experience to create your own signature fragrance.
- Make your own essential oil fragrance to take home and enjoy.

About the Facilitator
After nearly twenty years working in the areas of health and education, Jen created her essential oil business – Essential Oil Goddess in 2009. She is a qualified Raindrop Technique Practitioner and a Egyptian Emotional Technique Practitioner.
Jen has obtained a Master of Education, Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Aromatherapy.
Jen is also an author and creator, loves her two adult sons, husband and three rescue greyhounds and lives in Brisbane, Australia.
